Dr. Maggie Pezeshkian is the founder of Jawmatrix and one of the few clinicians in the country combining chiropractic medicine, dental hygiene, and advanced motion imaging in a single practice. Licensed as a Doctor of Chiropractic since 2004, she has built her career around the cases that benefit most from a deeper diagnostic lens — TMJ disorders, cervical instabilities, and complex post-injury presentations.

A Unique Practice
Dr. Pezeshkian’s dual background in chiropractic and dental hygiene gives her a rare clinical vantage point on the craniomandibular system. She understands the relationships between the jaw, the cervical spine, and the muscles that connect them — and she has the imaging technology to visualize them in motion.
In 2025, she launched California’s only Dynamic Digital Radiography (DDR) center, a facility that captures spine and joint motion at up to 15 frames per second. DDR adds a layer of diagnostic precision that complements traditional imaging — revealing aberrant segmental motion, ligamentous laxity, and joint tracking patterns that emerge only during movement.

Dr. Pezeshkian is a CDA-approved continuing education provider with over a decade of experience presenting to healthcare providers, attorneys, and fitness professionals. Her lectures focus on craniomandibular dysfunction, cervical instability, and the role of motion imaging in modern diagnostics.
